SARAH LEAVITT’s first graphic memoir Tangles: A Story About Alzheimer’s, My Mother, and Me, has been adapted as an animated feature, releasing in 2026. Her most recent memoir is the Eisner-nominated Something, Not Nothing: A Story of Grief and Love. In between, she wrote an award-winning historical fiction/horror graphic novel called Agnes, Murderess. Sarah teaches comics in the UBC School of Creative Writing.
